What is a good poem about blind people?

With all due respect, to you and yer cousin, and having been blind, now partially sighted, why not talk with him and bounce ideas back and forth from a very straight forward knowledge and understanding of what it's like. This piece will be, in effect a documentary, and while I'm not a fan of slam, the piece need not rhyme either, but can flow with honesty, integrity, respect. If I had your pen in hand i'd be collaborating with him, not takin anothers work to use.
